• swimmers aiming for the 2027 team
• Year 12s who want to stay fit
• anyone with an interest in swimming
Sprint work – speed, race pace and finishing ability
• Technique – efficiency, stroke detail and feel for the water
• Skills – starts, turns, breakouts and underwater work
• Short aerobic sets – enough to maintain conditioning without overloading
• Race awareness – learning how to swim under pressure
