2 sessions per week for the term. Tuesday AND Thursday 3.30 -4.15/30 (Fitness and Development squads)
Three levels of squad offered-
Mini-Squad- squad skills, immediately post lessons (minimum Stage 6)
Fitness- general aerobic conditioning & technique. (min Stage 7)
Training/Target- competitive focus, qualifier for club training.
Year 7-9 Squad- Great for general fitness for non-swim team swimmers.
